Its like Christmas night when all the presents are opened and the turkey's eaten and you realize you gotta take the tree and lights down soon. Obviously there's the issue of playing this fucking thing, but it takes a day or two for me to get mentally amped up for that part.

Anyways, did my Paymon score, which is a bracketologist evaluation tool. 3 points for picking a team correctly. 2 points for seeding them exactly. 1 point for seeding them within 1. The seeding points compound, which means each teams worth 6 points.

Got 332 last year, so a decent improvement. We'll see how I match up against the others when the matrix do their scores (Sadly, I don't think I got my final one up in time for them to count it, so my "official" score on that is going to suck a lot worse. I missed one more team on inclusion, but did WAY better on seedings. Especially on the back end, where I've struggled before- outside of flipping Yale and Saint Louis, I hit every 12+ seed exactly.
They did a pretty perfect job on in/out/play-ins this year. Some of the seeding was a bit jacked, but it's certainly one of the better brackets overall.

Was this debate with all 3 Tech fans?

Wish we had drawn Miss State or one of the #4 seeds.

That said, happy about San Jose and a Friday afternoon game

Vegas has us a 1 point favorite, but stat nerds like Wisconsin.
Miss St would beat Wisky imo. They are a team that has the length and skill to make a run. They have a few legit dudes.

Was just looking at KenPom and that Arizona State beat them. Looks like they can really score though.

Didn't even realize Ben Howland was their coach!

I really want UVA vs UT in the E8

Either Tony Bennett gets off the schneid or Tennessee goes to their first Final Four ever.

Thats a matchup Ive been wanting to see all year. Seems like a great basketball game. Tennessee has a good path there if we get past Cincy in Columbus. Should be able to batter them to death but who knows.
