Good reminder that 5-game baseball series are random as hell.

Tribe will be back next year, that division is gonna suck even more.

White Sox win 80 games. Book it.

I think your boys pull it out tonight. Hendricks can't keep on Madduxing his way through this Nats lineup again. He's getting shelled tonight.

Whats there to be sorry about? It was a disappointment, sure...but the sun came up today (well, not really in Ohio). Life is good, the Tribe just choked another series away. Got most of the talent coming back next year. They do have a few big decisions:

                      1. Whether or not to re-sign Santana
                      2. Whether or not to re-sign Jay Bruce (I say yes)
                      3. Do they roll the dice on Brantley and pick up the club option
                      4. Do they trade Kipnis given how good our infield is...can they find a team to take his contract.
                      5. Development of youth like Mejia, Diaz, and Zimmer...does it come far enough to where we can part with some of the heavy contracts listed above. Small market team, have to cut costs at some point.

I just thought this would be the year, what with the streak and all. Still, you're right, it's not like this is the end.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but kind of embarrassing that Salazar didn't get a start in a 5 game series. Just saying.

                            Also...

                            Indians Pennats:
                            1920(Yankees win in 1923)
                            1948(NYY wins in '49)

If we lost I would've wanted Cleveland to win but I'm happy. GS Jtrain. Wish we would've done it to the Astros or the Shit Sox. I really like your squad a lot and want those guys to win one

But to the guy with the (2004 Yankees #1 collapse) sign.

                            There's.
                            Always.
                            Next.
                            Year.

To be fair, we were not favored to win in 98, 01, 07, 16...the only ones where we were supposed to win were in 97, 99 and this year. Only one that actually hurt as a fan was 97. Jose Fuckin Mesa. 1 out to go...(sigh)

Rest of those were pretty easy to take as a fan.

Hendrick's couldn't keep this weak shit out. ABsolutely torched in the 2nd inning.
