  • Also, Swerve in Our Glory winning the tag titles was legit one of the most shocking title changes I've seen. I was convinced the Bucks would retain as Swerve/Lee and Team Taz took each other out.

NOw lets hope Swerve doesn't pull a Cora Jade next week and betrays Lee a week after winning the titles "for teh evulz"

    • Two things...Dynamite had a 4.5 star and 4.75 star match on Wednesday. Thats your answer when folks ask why I wont watch Vinces product. Second, talent and staff have been told that Omega is nearing his return. Our long nightmare is almost over.

      • Already two major upsets in the G1 Climax

        Not Safe For Work!

        Aaron Henare over Hiroshi Tanahashi
        Juice Robinson over Shingo Takagi

I'd conisder Taichi over Ishii one too if they hadn't completely played up the fact that it was Taichi's hometown

        • So....

          Not Safe For Work!

Both Tanahashi and Naito are 0-1 in the C-Block and face each other next. Considering there's only six matches, that means that's pretty much an elimination match, and whoever pulls through needs to be perfect in their final four, including against ZSJ and Kenta

            • Retired at 4:05 on Friday after a sex scandal is one way of putting it.

              • Vince McMahon "retires" aka steps down as CEO.

The structural organizational change is complete.....
                • Nick Khan and Steph are now co-CEO's.
                • Triple H is now EVP of Talent Relations (formerly held by Johnny Ace and was filled on an interim basis by Bruce Prichard)
                • Jeff Jarrett is now EVP of Live Events (formerly held by HHH)

Yea...Steph is chairman, and I'm assuming Paul is getting the book...which is the best case scenario for the in ring product.

Also Brock Lesnar left Smackdown and appears to be done with WWE, said something to the effect of "If hes not there (referring to VKM), Im not"

I would expect if he wants it that Heyman would be booking RAW or Smackdown again. Wouldn't be shocked if they somehow figure out how to put Heyman, Jarrett, and others on it. Road Dogg comes back most likely with this.

                      • With Vince stepping down, the longest tenured promoter of a national company is Dorian Roldan of AAA (2006).

The longest tenured promoter of a national American-based company is now Scott D'Amore (2017) of IMPACT wrestling.

I consider national promotions to be WWE, IMPACT, AEW (and ROH as an extension), AAA, CMLL, and New Japan.

I think All Japan is there too. They dont have the international appeal NJPW does, but theyre still pretty big.

                            Not sure on DDT/NOAH

DDT is not. NOAH was and they are the second biggest men's promotion in Japan.

All Japan has not been a factor since their last exodus in 2013.
