I staryed watching the Witcher on Netflix. Pretty good so far.

I hope this means it gets better after the pilot, because that was disjointed as hell...just a total mess of a plot line. And Im someone who played and loved all 3 games.

It follows the original source material, not the games. The Witcher's story starts years (approximately 18) before the invasion of Cintra. The year lines begin to merge about episode 6.

Im well aware of that. The pilot was a jumbled mess, even knowing the source material.

The Witcher looks like a half hearted attempt to capitalize on the success of Game of Thrones. The first episode was like an 80's B fantasy flick.

I liked The Mandalorian although the last couple of minutes was a little corny. Even though the show poked fun at Stormtroopers for being lousy shots I would like to see Star Wars move away from plots requiring Stormtroopers to be the worst trained soldiers in the galaxy.

Lost in Space:

Admittedly, I am watching this more out of a sense of nostalgia than anything else (although I actually enjoyed the movie).

The show has been enjoyable enough for me to keep watching but the three home schooled kids have EXTREMELY fragile egos and mom and dad are constantly having to tell them how smart and valuable they are at the most inopportune times. Also, mom is a grade A bitch in season 1. She is much better in season 2 (so far).

Season 2 of The Expanse has been great. That scene with Miller and Julie was amazing. Naomi would still get it. Im on Episode 9.

Finished Season 2 of The Expanse...it reminds me so much of Battlestar Galactica in that its elite sci fi storytelling with action, political drama, twists and a great cast. Looking forward to starting Season 3. Naomi and Draper= can get it.
