Bullshit. You just spent the entire thread making excuses for a Democrat. A particular Democrat who is notorious for insider trading and out of touch policy. Which, btw, is why that's usually who I call out because you beat the Republican horses to death and make excuses for the Democrats. When the reality is they are all a bunch of grifters. Men and women. At the national level, an honest politician is very nearly an oxymoron. Once they join the ranks of the elite, the rest of us don't matter anymore.

In Deschet's posts in this thread, he made no "excuses" for anyone. Absolutely no one. Just pointed out the obvious. If someone has a legit gripe they wouldn't need to make shit up.

Much like daCat himself, his gripes are illegitimate.

We can have a larger discussion about Congress's role in foreign relations but members of Congress going to other countries on the taxpayer dime has been a thing since forever.

I'd argue it is a good thing as members of Congress can get a real sense of what is happening in other countries and use that information to provide oversight on the executive branch. Now, does that actually happen in practice? Probably not, but in theory it makes sense.

                Insider trading?

Pelosi founded and runs the venture capital firm Financial Leasing Services, through which he and his wife, have a personal fortune of about $114 million.[9][10]

After previously investing in the Oakland Invaders of the United States Football League, in 2009 he purchased the California Redwoods, a franchise in the United Football League, for $12 million.[7] The Redwoods later moved to Sacramento to become the Sacramento Mountain Lions.

He was independently wealthy before she became speaker in 2008

Name the Republicans I beat to death. Trump, although he’s really not a Republican. MTG and her buddies Gaetz and Boebert. Occasionally Rand Paul. Mitch McConnell, certainly. But, outside of that?

I spent the majority of this thread calling you out for being disingenuous. You say you hate both sides but… do you?

Yeah, he does. He just talks more shit about democrats because all some people here do is white knight them. It used to bother me more, but now I just figure anyone still falling for their scrappy little guy who just can’t figure it out act is a retard.

I'm not saying that most of those you named don't deserve the ire, I'm just pointing out that's what you do. I have seen you call out Pelosi before, rarely, and honestly am a bit surprised you have stuck up for her in this thread. But your MO is clearly going after the Republican scum while ignoring, or making excuses for their left wing counterparts. Disingenuous indeed.

I've made it clear my dislike of Trump, but I'm not obsessed to the point I believe all the ridiculous bullshit accusations thrown at him. And yes, I do believe he should be called to task over Jan6. It's no secret I do not like McConnell, voted against him this past cycle because the Democrats finally ran somebody against him I could support. Gaetz, MTG, and Bobbert are just floaters in the cess pool to me. I think Paul get's misaligned at times, but he's been there too long now and could easily be ruined too. I don't bring up these people much, simply because you guys have them covered in spades. I tend to bring up those you seem to refuse to. And every time, it's obvious why. You want to give them a pass because they resemble your ideology. period. You've accepted their corruption because they push your favored agenda.

                          Flame on retards.

It's as obvious as trojan's love for the 2nd Amendment.

Didn't Trump already try something similar?

Probably, but I'm sure it was racist when he did it.

China, or more accurately the CCP, is the modern reincarnation of Nazi Germany. A hyper-nationalist, openly racist, increasingly militaristic nation that likes to push people around under the assumption they won't fight back, and just like with the Germans in the 40s, someone is going to have to stop them eventually. Maybe it'll be an internal revolt, maybe they'll collapse economically, maybe they'll lose a war. Who knows. Either way, they gotta go and we should seek to distance ourselves from them as much as possible, as fast as possible.

The ones I feel the worst for though are the Chinese people, who are caught between the biggest rock and hardest place I can think of. Aging population, financial chaos, shrinking farm land, three gorges dam, air pollution, gender imbalance. The amount of things they're facing down over the next 5-20 years is insane.
