This is usually the problem with Democratic legislation. It’s not simplistic. A wall? That’s easy to understand.

I've said it a lot, but neither side wants progress on immigration because they both like to use it as a wedge. Biden puts a sensible plan out there and crickets.

Should be a surprise to no one really.

When you make something desirable illegal, all you are doing is minimizing the number of people who abide by the law from attempting to get it. There are still going to be plenty of people who don't care about laws, so no new law will dissuade them.

If you want to reduce immigration, the only effective ways of doing so are to make it less desirable to be here or more desirable to stay where the people are coming from. I wouldn't put it past neoliberals to do the prior in an effort to minimize labor costs.

This. I don’t really live by the law at all, tbh. I’m not an outlaw or anything because I don’t believe in hurting others to get ahead, but I definitely don’t base any part of my decisions on what is and isn’t legal. If I want to do something and I can determine that it’s not harmful to other people, I just do it. Guess what? Nothing happens. You can ignore literally every rule in life that isn’t being directly enforced by an officer of the law and face absolutely no consequences for it.

You mean make this country so undesirable that people don't want to come to America even to vacation or do business and citizens want to leave?

Listen fuckstick, I'd love nothing more than for you and every idiot that made their way here to go back where they came from. My ancestors didn't make slaves build this beautiful country so you could come here and shit in the street. This isn't about ethnicity either, its seniority, and your rank in America is determined based on time served. Excluding the various indigenous tribes that have been largely exterminated and only exist in small fragments, here's the pecking order.

1.) Whites/Blacks - I shouldn't have to elaborate here, but they made 99.9% of what you think of as American.
2.) Latinos - Some of them are in the #1 category, but even the ones that aren't can ride the Aztec/Mayan hype to a claim at some of the continental U.S. Seniority puts them at #2 by default.
3.) East Asians - Chinese railroad workers and their descendants, other early American migrants that worked their asses off. Similar situation as above, a lot of points for time served.
4.) Assorted chocolate - This is where you're at. If you don't fall into one of the above groups, you're probably here on a visa or were smuggled over in a cargo ship of some kind. Nobody really hates you, but nobody really cares about you either.
5.) Assorted Muslims - Muslims could be a lot higher, but the blowing shit up and slavery has really hurt their rep in recent years. Things may've died down a lot on this front, but there's still an ass load of anti-Muslim sentiment out there.
                      6.) Everyone I forgot.

The only thing I can figure is that they left this out of your H1B packet, because the way you talk indicates you don't understand your place in the social pecking order. And for the record, we're not really desperate for visitors or immigrants at this point. Central and South America have that covered, and unlike you, they have beautiful women with huge asses and know how to party.

TL;DR Fuck off Deepak, we're full.

San Francisco was once a thriving cultural hub and for decades, not a single pile of shit was found on the street. Now you fuckers took over and it's already looking like New Dehli. Explain it.

You won't find a single dothead shitting the streets in SF or LA.

It's only whites, blacks and Mexicans.

Dotheads have the highest levels of education and income

It's not our fault you fucks can't afford LA or SF

The only pecking order is how much money is your net worth. From what I've seen you post here - you're lower than me. So shush peasant.

                                These people are fucking retarded.

"Joe Biden's wide open southern border" is to blame for fentanyl deaths in the U.S.
Kayleigh McEnany stated on February 7, 2023 in a Facebook post:

                                https://www.politifact.com/factcheck...or-fentanyl-d/

                                IF YOUR TIME IS SHORT
                                • Deaths from fentanyl jumped 23% in President Joe Biden’s first year in office to more than 70,000, but they’ve been increasing since 2014 and also rose during Donald Trump’s administration.
                                • Although immigration encounters at the southern U.S. border have spiked under Biden’s watch, experts say most of the fentanyl coming into the U.S. from Mexico is coming through legal ports of entry. The vast majority of people sentenced for fentanyl trafficking are U.S. citizens, data shows.
                                • The southern border is not wide open. Funding and staffing levels for border protection have remained consistent between the Trump and Biden administrations, and border laws and policies continue to be enforced.
