Why even bring this up other than to remind us all for the (checks your post count) 20,518th time that you hate him even though we're having a discussion about something that doesn't even involve him? Or is it to play "whataboutism" again as is typical of this board and why I have mostly been in lurk mode in these parts of late.
The funny part about this is I'll see some right-wing nonsense being shoveled down the pipeline and into Fox News and other mainstream outlets and a little later ibleed will pop in here and spurt out those talking points nearly verbatim. I haven't seen this dumb acronym in the far-reaches of hell otherwise known as conservative media, but I bet it is in there somewhere and he just copy/pasted.

It's actually why he thinks he's so clever. He's in a cult and he just assumes that everyone else is in a cult so he'll accuse them of cult thinking. Because the guy is about as original as the latest Marvel movie.

Remember, there are two distinct branches of conservative media. Fox and the WSJ and the like… and motherfucking YouTube, where the true believers go. Without checking, I’m guessing it’s being circulated out there. But don’t worry. If it trends high enough, Tucker will incorporate it short with.

But that’s actually true. Look at the statistics.

Unless you plan on doing something about black womenswear that nobody has ever thought of, it’s not gonna change. As a demographic, they’re more fat, poor, and reckless than other demographics. That doesn’t lend itself to a successful pregnancy.

You're still just describing the problem. Adequate healthcare for the poor would have a positive impact. As would sex education beyond abstinence only and providing free contraceptives. Writing off entire demographics because it's hard to fix just isn't good enough.

Any healthcare professional will tell you that a person can have access to the best doctors in the world, and they'll still die prematurely if they do stupid shit. Unless you have a way of stopping black women from making horrific lifestyle choices, it's not going to change.

                        Bullshit.

Pregnant women are five times more likely to develop blood clots than non-pregnant patients because during pregnancy, the body increases production of blood factors that promote normal clotting.

PE is rare, affecting approximately 1 in 7,000 pregnancies, according to Williams Obstetrics 25th edition. However, PE accounts for approximately 11% of maternal deaths. Nearly two-thirds of pregnancy-related deaths due to PE occurred after delivery.
Tennis legend Serena Williams suffered blood clots in the legs after giving birth to her daughter in 2018. Williams, who had a history of PE, recognized her symptoms – which can include shortness of breath and a cough that may include blood – and advocated for herself to receive anti-clotting medication that stopped the clots from reaching her lungs.

But medical employees initially dismissed her concerns, wasting crucial time before her diagnosis and the treatment she specifically requested.
So the medical staff didn't listen to her because of her poor lifestyle choices of playing tennis professionally?

Oh really? Smoke two packs a day and see how long the worlds best pulmonologist can keep you alive. Best of luck.

Serena Williams is a freak. I don’t mean that to be mean, it’s obviously made her a lot of money, but comparing her or her situation to the average female is like comparing you or me to Lebron James. I’d be more surprised if she didn’t have complications.

I can go on and on, but you get the point. In every statistical category you can imagine having an impact on a woman’s pregnancy, blacks are way behind. There’s no conspiracy to give black women bad healthcare, they just take worse care of themselves on average and their infant mortality rate reflects that. Maybe if they smoked less Newport’s and ate less McDonald’s their kids would live, but alas, that’s their “culture” and we’re supposed to somehow reconfigure society to accommodate their bad lifestyle choices rather than call them out and hold them accountable.

So black people a population that has historically been discriminated against, been paid less, faced redlining, live in food deserts, more likely to be arrested than any other group of people for minor infractions or not even breaking the law as it’s applied to others... but all of this is due to their lifestyle choices?

Sometimes I wonder if people like you even know what this word means. Apparently, in the minds of some, history is the same as the present and anything that happened in the past, no matter how far back it is or how relevant it is to the topic, is the most important factor. It reminds me of when Spartan tried to claim some obscure shit from the 60's in California was why hispanics vote majority Democrat in 2020. It's nonsense. Redlining doesn't exist anymore, food desserts are a result of grocery stores being chased out either through theft, violence, or lack of profit making opportunities, and blacks are arrested because they commit more crime. We can and do verify this via FBI statistics and crime victim surveys (and remember, the majority of victims of black crimes are black people, so unless they're being racist against each other that's not going to fly) which just so happens to mirror the crime/incarceration rates pretty closely. It's not an exact one for one of course, but you can't expect every criminal to get caught or nobody innocent to ever be arrested. Of course, I know you know all of this and I've proven it to you before (we've been over the FBI data/crime victim survey shit at least 3 times), but you want to keep banging the drum you were probably given in grad school because you don't know any better.

It's not complicated. Black women are the most unhealthy demographic in the U.S. based on every single metric you can find. Obesity, consuming toxic food, drug use, poverty/net worth, you name it, if it's bad for your health, black women are topping the list. Maybe some other groups steal a spot here and there for genetic disorders or certain types of cancer, but if we're talking chronic conditions and lifestyle related ailments? They're at the top. You can pretend like that doesn't matter if you want and blame racism or whatever other horse shit, but until they stop taking absolutely horrible care of themselves, nothing is ever going to get better for them. Pregnancy is hard on a healthy female body, let alone someone who's 400 pounds, has COPD, and can't walk a flight of stairs.

The only argument you could possibly have is the one you'll never make, because you can't make it and maintain your beliefs: That black women are physiologically different than their white counterparts (who make up the majority of patients), and those differences and a lack of education among physicians leads to a higher number of adverse outcomes. I don't personally believe that's true, but at least that's an argument that could possibly make sense. All this shit about "muh racism" like the KKK is forcing them to mainline Twinkies is just horse shit.

Fun side note: I used to work for an insurance company who contracted with medicaid, and I know exactly what kind of healthcare the black women who fall below the poverty line get. I know they're required to attend a certain number of doctors' visits, have routine labs done during their pregnancy, get ultrasounds, and get additional care if they're high risk. Granted, this is just based off of one very large state handles things, but I'd be very surprised if it was different elsewhere.

But you know what, lets nix all of that real quick and just start over. Why do YOU think black women lose their babies at such high rates compared to every other demographic in the U.S.? Because remember, we're not just talking about white or Asian people, we're talking about a huge disparity between them and every other group.
