The San Antonio Police Department officer drew international headlines in March 2019 when a another third-party arbitrator returned him to work after the shit sandwich incident.

However, Luckhurst received a second indefinite suspension after a separate investigation found that he left an unflushed turd in a women's restroom at a downtown police station and smeared a brown substance on the the toilet seat after a female officer requested that the restroom be kept clean.

Jeremy Mardis was only 6-years-old when he was gunned down by a pair of rogue cops who were trying to kill his father.

The Louisiana cops who killed him, Norris Greenhouse Jr. and Derrick Stafford, claimed they were trying to serve a warrant on the boy's father when he backed his car towards police making them fear for their lives.

But both turned out to be a lie. There was no warrant and a bodycam video from a third officer shows Few had his arms sticking out the window of the vehicle in an act of surrender when he was executed.

In fact, it remains unclear why the Marksville marshals attempted to pull Few over in the first place on the night of November 3, 2015 but it may have had something to do with Few having told Greenhouse not to contact his girlfriend anymore a month prior to the shooting.

      ...

But last Friday, Greenhouse was released from prison after serving less than two years of his seven-and-a-year sentence on charges of negligent homicide and malfeasance in office. A prison spokesman said his sentence was reduced "because by law these are not crimes of violence," according to KALB.

Wilson police Officers Joshua Taylor, 26, and Brandon Dingman, 34, were charged Wednesday in the death last year of Jared Lakey, according to court documents.

Court documents said the two officers used their stun guns on Lakey more than 50 times, "which greatly exceeded what would have been necessary or warranted by the attendant circumstances," and was a "substantial factor" in Lakey's death.

Question: Is a stun gun similar to a taser?

Rayshard Brown took a taser from a cop but people say it's a non lethal weapon so the cop was wrong to shoot him

The kids in ATL who got tased inside their car by the cop claim the taser was a lethal weapon.

Three US police officers in Colorado have been sacked after they shared photos re-enacting a chokehold used on a black man who later died.

Elijah McClain, 23, died in August last year after being stopped by police.

Another officer resigned over the matter. A local police chief called the images "beyond comprehension".

A police officer whose family politically supports Marion County’s top prosecutor won’t face charges after driving twice the speed limit in a crash that killed an elderly man.

Jakob Streyle was traveling more than 70 mph in a marked 2016 Dodge Ram pickup in July 2019 when he T-boned the truck into an SUV driven by Steven Gene Santini, 72, who was killed a block away from the home, where he had lived with his wife, Emily, for 15 years.

Streyle was not operating the police pickup’s emergency lights or sirens, nor was he responding to a call, civil court documents showed.

Fairmont police neither disciplined Streyle nor responded to a request for comment.

Police are investigating after they said an off-duty Langston University officer opened fire on an alleged shoplifting suspect outside a Walmart in Del City.

A witness' video shows the off-duty officer involved in an altercation with a shoplifting suspect in a car parked outside the Walmart near Southeast 15th Street and Sooner Road. The video then shows the driver back up with the officer still in close proximity to the vehicle, prompting him to grab his gun and open fire.

Almost a dozen gunshots could be heard in the video, which shows the driver fleeing the scene.

                              ...

According to police, they've received reports that the man had a receipt but are hearing he tried to leave the Walmart with more than he paid for.
