  • THe Big Loser of the 2020 Primaries is Hillary Clinton

We're seeing now, in vivid blue clarity, just how much America hated Hillary Clinton

Sanders going from 62 to 27 percent in New Hampshire was the tip of the iceberg, but the fact that he's now lost Michigan- a state he won in 2016- by 12 points in another head to head race just shows that it wasn't Bernie's resurgence... it was a backlash against a coronation.

I don't think so. In 2016, Democrats were confident. They knew they were going to win so many were willing to take a risk. This year, they know they can lose so are willing to vote for anyone they think their neighbor will. That's generally not a septuagenarian socialist Jew.

Nuh uh! The race was super duper close the whole way and democrats were really worried about losing and stuff. I know. The board progressives here told me so!

I largely agree with your analysis. However I don't think its just willing to vote for anyone they think their neighbor will. Certainly there is some nostalgia for Obama at play. Also Biden is a known quantity even with his gaffes and the touching. Bernie is not as well known still and is running on political revolution. I don't think that is as enticing for people who's primary concern is getting rid of Trump and a return to "normalcy". Now Biden probably has to embrace some things to get some Bernie supporters to vote for him. Now that probably looks something more like a Warren plan than a Sanders plan.

What does this say about Trump in November? How many votes for him in 2016 were anti-Hillary as well?

The guy won by the skin of his teeth in 2016. If Biden replicates this in November, he'll win 30+ states.

Biden can't even replicate his thoughts before they exit his mouth.

Biden wanted to kick an auto worker's ass over his "AR-14 100 round machine gun" in Michigan yesterday. He's obviously feeling his oats.

As much as I hate to agree with Muppet here, Im saying the same thing to my friends who think Trump is guaranteed to win.

Its a long way to November.

Tell me where the stock market is in November and I'll tell you who wins.

Somebody's grandfather will win, regardless of the stock market.

No, I believe in logic and data. Suburban white women in Michigan and Virginia turned out huge for Biden. They turned out for Democrats in 2018. They didn't turn out or broke for Trump in 2016.

If you don't think that should be a concern for the Trump Team, then you've got no business discussing elections with anyone.

Trump has no reason to be concerned with Biden at this point. The man is clearly senile and will make an absolute fool of himself in the debates, which is going to be hilarious considering who he’s running against.

The only thing that can possibly save him is a protracted economic downturn and keeping as quiet as humanly possible. If he starts talking about slapping people over “AR-14s” and Corn Pop in front of a national audience, he’s going to get blown out.
