Even though I got Hunt in the FV league, I'm rooting for Ford for Worldo's sake. That was a pretty big chunk of the budget making that pickup

I had Aaron Jones/Jamaal Williams/David Montgomery all questionable/out in our league and own Chubb in another, so I put in claims for Hunt in both.

It used to be bullshit, when it was essentially whoever saw the news first got to pick up the player. In my leagues there is an auction system...you get 100 dollars to bid on free agents all season...when your out of money, you are going to have to hope no one bids money for that player. Point is, everyone has a chance to get that player in my leagues, so the Chubb owner has a chance to outbid everyone for the replacement.

Nah, seasons over. Offense is built around Chubb. Id be totally fine giving Hunt a call, but hes not Nick Chubb. No one is. We will be competitive because the defense is really good, we still have weapons...but unless Watson becomes the Houston version, its better luck next year.

We aren't bad. Our defense is extremely good, and we have a ton of offensive talent...that was built around giving Nick Chubb the ball. Dirty ass Fitzpatrick dove at Chubbs knee and thats all she wrote. We are still going to win 7-8 games...but when I say season is over, I'm talking strictly about getting to the post season, which was the goal.
