  • Cincinnati brings out the full nelson, an old wrestling move

    Comment

    • Jesus, Hookems is right. Bengals fans think that Mahomes is trying to throw the ball away when this is actually a real throw to Kelce where his arm gets hit. The straw grasping is getting out of hand. It's getting really embarrassing for that city.

      • The zapruder film will get less analysis than this game.

Because who wasn’t thinking about Alabama football yesterday?

          • I don’t really enjoy ref whining as a rule, but yeah, Bengals Twitter has been very lively today. I think the thing that’s hard for me to understand is how, in the span of just a few years, Cincinnati went from being a fanbase that would be happy to win a playoff game to feeling slighted because they lost a 3 point game in the AFCCG on the road.

You guys are doing good. Real good. Don’t get so worked up.

            • Also, get a grip. If you flip the uniforms and your team was going to the SB instead, you wouldn’t give a flying fuck about salty opposing fans posting screenshots and calling your win illegitimate. The history books don’t give a shit about missed/bad calls, they show winners and losers.

It wasn't but a year ago, they beat the Chiefs in Arrowhead in OT(unlike the Bills the previous year) and went to the SB. But somehow this year is rigged, and no one wants the Bengals in it.

I don't get it either, say there was a missed facemask which caused a fumble on the final play where the Bengals scooped it up and scored.

I'm going to focus on the three shit drives Mahomes had which was gifted to him by the defense. They can talk about Mahomes all they want today, he did not play well and owes his D a steak dinner. I get it injuries and our WR corp was Jody Fortson, Mike Lamb, and Noah Grey but you have to perform and can have a football folly in the AFCCG

None of those things made Mahomes flip the ball around like Johnny Manziel. That sophomore crap is going to bite him in the ass and his coaches had better get it out of his system.

Yeah, and tell that Steven Kerry to stop shooting the ball from half court. DEAN SMITH WOULD BE APPALLED!

                    • I wanted to see how they stacked up with common opponents

                      Chiefs(Home) 20 vs. Titans 17
                      Eagles(Home) 35 vs. Titans 10

                      Chiefs(Away) 44 vs. 49ers 23
                      Eagles(Home) 31 vs. 49ers 17

                      Chiefs(Away) 17 vs. Colts 20
                      Eagles(Away) 17 vs. Colts 16

                      Chiefs(Home) 27 vs. Jaguars 20
                      Eagles(Home) 29 vs. Jaguars 21

Really not that far off, the Chiefs would love to have that Colts game back. I still think it's a pickem if KC is healthy with who will do the little things to get it done and get a few breaks along the way.

I do like that we haven't lost to an NFC team since the Bucs in the SB three years ago with a decimated line.

Good luck City, should be a good one.

                          • Another thing worth noting about these playoff games is that shit loads of people bet large sums of money on them. If I lost 10k on the Bengals, you bet your ass I’d be on here talking shit.

                            • Umm the Bengals didn't bring up Geha Field. Which is the official name now.
