Dude is a blue chip
How much does he value NIL? Playing early? Getting developed? Team chemistry? Coach job stability? Tell him to list out his top priorities and chart how each school manages to meet each one. It seems like he can go wherever he wants.

In this NIL world, if I'm the kids Dad I want to know (not in any order)
1. Is the coach willing to push my kid regardless of how much they are going to pay him
2. What is the track record of the school/coaching staff in developing kids to an NFL level at his position
3. How much exposure can the school/conference provide in big games
4. Does the coach have a history in developing young men and preparing them for a life outside of/after football
5. Speaking of, does the community take care of its athletes after they are done at the school.
6. Is there stability within the program...no crazy ass changes every year or two. Want to know if my kid is there for 4 years that it won't be a cluster fuck.
The sad thing is, because of the transfer portal not much of this matters anymore...but those would be at the top of my questions id want answered if I was the parent.

He visited FSU this weekend:
Florida State interest 'keeps going up and up' for 4-star TE Kylan Fox after Sunday visit
"Although Florida State’s second Junior Day wrapped up on Saturday night, that doesn’t mean hosting the Seminoles were done hosting visitors this weekend.
On Sunday, the Seminoles welcomed in another big target as four-star tight end Kylan Fox of Loganville, Ga., made a stop at FSU. And after a four-hour visit, Fox gave Florida State very high marks and discussed his multiple connections to the Seminoles’ program.
“It went good. I got to see a lot, talk with Coach Norvell, Coach Thomsen and talk with everybody,” he said, referring to head coach Mike Norvell and tight ends coach Chris Thomsen. “Saw everything I wanted to see, and I really enjoyed myself.”

Even though Fox has been to Florida State multiple times in the past, the Seminoles’ coaches — Norvell, Thomsen and offensive coordinator Alex Atkins — again made sure this visit was special by greeting him and his mother in the parking lot during a steady rain.
Then once they went inside, Thomsen got down to business by explaining to Fox how he would fit in the Florida State offense.
“He talked about how I would be used in the offense and how I would impact the game immediately,” the four-star prospect said. “He’s a great dude, and he knows what he’s talking about with the tight ends. So he has a lot of knowledge about the game.”
Since he arrived in Tallahassee three years ago, Norvell has stated many times that Florida State would have an “offense built for playmakers.” And Fox said that vision was plainly evident during the Seminoles’ impressive 2022 season.
“Just the way they set up the run with the deep ball,” he said. “Like they will get you on a run real good and then throw it over the top. That really stands out to me.”
Fox, who is rated the nation’s No. 8 tight end in the On3 Consencus rankings, said he loved the way Florida State moved 6-foot-7 wide receiver Johnny Wilson around to create better matchups for him.
“That definitely stands out to me. He’s a matchup nightmare,” Fox said. “People get threatened on the run, and you get Johnny Wilson one-on-one, he’s pretty much going to come down with it.”
The Florida State offensive schemes aren’t the only things that have Fox’s attention. He pointed out that he actually started his high school career at Valdosta High, where he was teammates with current Seminole quarterback Tate Rodemaker and current tight end Jaheim Bell.
“Me and him are pretty tight,” Fox said of Bell. “I’m from Valdosta. I’ve been at Grayson for about two years. When I come back here, me and Jaheim are going to talk more.”
Toward the end of Sunday’s visit, Fox got to have a conversation with Norvell. And as is often the case, the Florida State head coach focused on life and football.
“How he will develop me as a man and as a player and get me to the league,” Fox said.
The tight end wasn’t the only one impressed with the visit. While Fox was speaking with reporters, his mother chimed in, “I’m a big FSU fan!”
So where do the Seminoles stand in Fox’s recruitment?
“FSU has always been high on my list,” he said. “Just keep getting back and my interest just keeps going up and up.”
Fox said he plans to drop his official list of top schools on Feb. 12, and there’s a pretty good chance FSU will be in there. Fox also mentioned Florida, North Carolina, Ohio State and Stanford."

Norvell, Thomsen spend Sunday with 4-star athlete Kylan Fox during his most recent FSU visit
TALLAHASSEE -- Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star athlete Kylan Fox made his way to Florida State on Sunday, along with his mother and some other family members. He got the undivided attention of head coach Mike Norvell and tight ends coach Chris Thomsen during his visit.
"Everything went good. I got to see a lot. Met with Coach Norvell, met with Coach Thomsen, met with everybody. Saw everything I wanted to see," Fox said. "Really enjoyed myself."
Fox, whose preferred position is tight end, spoke about his time with Thomsen discussing his prospective position.
"Just the way I'd be used in the offense. How I would impact the game immediately. I could come and play early," Fox said.
"Just a great dude," Fox added on Thomsen. "He knows what he's talking about with the tight ends. He played tight end, so he has a lot of knowledge of the game."
Fox dived in a bit deeper on the tight end role for the Seminoles.
"Just the way they set up the run for the deep ball," Fox said. "So like they'll just get you on a run real good and then throw it over the top. So that really stands out to me."
While Johnny Wilson isn't a tight end, he is a. 6-foot-7, 235-pound target for the Seminoles in the passing attack. For Fox, who has similar lankiness and the potential to fill out his frame, how much did he take away from Wilson's usage by the Seminoles this past season?
"Yeah, definitely stands out to me. He's a mismatch nightmare," Fox said. "So people get threatened on the run and you get Johnny Wilson 1-on-1, he is pretty much going to come down with it."
The visit also afforded him a good bit of time with head coach Mike Norvell, as Sunday was a light day of visitors for the Seminoles.
"Just life," Fox said of his talks with Norvell. "How he will develop me as a man and as a player. He'll get the best of me."
Fox, who has lived in the Loganville, Ga. area the past few years, is actually originally from the Valdosta, Ga. area. He shared that he is familiar with FSU quarterback Tate Rodemaker, who he went to school with previously, as well as recent transfer-in tight end Jaheim Bell, who he described himself as being 'pretty tight' with. He is hoping to connect with Bell on his next visit to FSU.
He is now working towards a narrowed list of a to-be-determined amount of schools, which he intends to release on February 12th. He spoke about where the Seminoles stand as of today.
"FSU has always been high on my list. Just keep getting back, keep seeing more, and my interest just keeps going up," Fox said.
FSU, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio State, and Stanford were a few schools mentioned by Fox as having his attention already.
There are no predictions on the 247Sports.com Crystal Ball for Fox.
He came to FSU after a Saturday visit to Florida. He is not sure where he'll visit next weekend, if anywhere.
Fox is ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 87 overall prospect and No. 10 athlete in the 2024 class.
